Surgical Discussion is a 'Digg' style news portal for Medical News. It was created with the ability for users to sign up and submit and vote for popular news articles and Medical news as found by other users. It's running on a the Pligg CSM and all we did was actually updating the images. We created the banner and some custom ad images
Colors needed to be clean, almost 'hospital' like to give it the look and feel of a thrust worthy news site
