Case
A small portion taken from the client's requirements:
"A clean and simple, yet captivating design required for a blog site that is being developed. The site will be at style.ekoliving.com and is a technology and style blog. Although separate to the rest of the company, the design should use similar colors as to what is used @ ekoliving.com as that is the parent company. As stated, these don't have to look exactly the same. In fact, it would be preferred if they don't."
The challenging part of designing a website whether a blog or a full site is the overall look and meeting all requirements. Other then a obvious link to it's parent website the blog needed to incorporate google's adwords, a repeating background, a pretty long tag-line, use of a specific font etc.
The beauty of this all is that over a period of time you see the site growing to what it is today. A process that is very satisfactory.
