About the Blue OK

For more than thirty years I’ve met and served healthy food to all kinds of people from New York to California to the islands of the South Pacific. But these are different culinary times and the Internet has leveled the playing field. I live in Marin County, California and given the changing world we live in, I’ve decided to launch The Blue OK – a digital cafe connecting people with information and tools that help the human family. A digital cafe that isn’t limited by time or location. A place where anyone can go online and see who’s been to the cafe, what they’re eating and what they’re talking about. And although I can’t actually feed people while they are here in the cafe, we have a fantastic kitchen and Amy and I can share with you some of the latest trends in eating as we take a closer look at the green domain altogether.
